Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all orders. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1- 14 business days (depending on inventory, this does not include Pre Orders), excluding weekends and holidays. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our responsibility. Any issues that arise during transit, such as delays, damage, or lost packages, must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier's customer service for assistance if needed.
Carrier Delays and Issues
While we choose reliable shipping partners, delays and issues can occasionally occur beyond our control. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused during transit by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns and Refunds
If your package is returned to us due to any shipping issues or address errors, we will reach out to you for a reshipment. Shipping fees for returned packages are non-refundable.
In-Store Pickup Policy

By selecting In-Store Pickup at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Pickup Notification & Timeframe
Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup. The 30-day pickup window begins on the date the pickup notification email is sent, not the purchase date.
Orders must be picked up within 30 calendar days of that notification.
A valid government-issued ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup. The name on the order must match the ID unless prior written authorization is provided.
Storage & Liability
Due to limited storage capacity, The Black Room is unable to hold merchandise beyond the stated 30-day period. While items are held for pickup, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration beyond our reasonable control.
Failure to retrieve an order within the designated timeframe constitutes abandonment of the merchandise.
Unclaimed Orders
If an order is not picked up within 30 days:
The order will be considered abandoned.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
The item(s) will be returned to inventory and made available for resale.
A partial refund of 75% will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees (if any), processing fees, and any non-refundable charges are not eligible for refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
No Extensions Without Written Approval
Pickup extensions must be requested in writing before the 30-day period ends and are granted at the sole discretion of The Black Room. We reserve the right to deny extension requests.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By selecting in-store pickup, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Failure to pick up merchandise within 30 days does not constitute grounds for a payment dispute or chargeback. Documentation of this policy and pickup notification will be provided in response to any dispute claim.
Policy Enforcement
The Black Room reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce this policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
