Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1- 14 business days (depending on inventory, this does not include Pre Orders), excluding weekends and holidays. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. -
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our responsibility. Any issues that arise during transit, such as delays, damage, or lost packages, must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier's customer service for assistance if needed. -
Carrier Delays and Issues
While we choose reliable shipping partners, delays and issues can occasionally occur beyond our control. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused during transit by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier as soon as possible. -
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. -
Returns and Refunds
If your package is returned to us due to any shipping issues or address errors, we will reach out to you for a reshipment. Shipping fees for returned packages are non-refundable.
