Exchange & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you require a return, we offer store credit that can be used toward a different size, item, or anything else available on our website.
Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please return the original product in its unused, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
- You may then use your store credit to place a new order for the correct size (while supplies last) or any other product of your choice. We do not "hold" any items for exchanges as we are a small business with limited quantity.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or items that do not meet the return criteria.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. If you do not hear from us within 7 business days of sending your exchange, please contact us at support@blacknugly.com for further assistance.
Damages or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect the items immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues so we can evaluate and resolve the matter promptly. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are no longer able to take responsibility for the item.
No Refunds:
Please note, we do not offer refunds. All exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit only.
