I had to exchange for a smaller size and everything from the email response time to processing the exchange credit was really fast. For size reference I'm 5'5 1/2, 169lbs and typically wear a unisex M. Since this hoodie is oversized, I was swimming in it. I decided to go with an XS and it fits perfectly with a more fitted, slightly oversized look. So glad I found this shop. I love what the brand stands for and I already know I’m locked in as a repeat customer.
